We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "OTRS" proposed by Broadleaf Co., Ltd. to Nippon Express Co., Ltd. Before the implementation, there was a problem where the productivity of work varied by up to three times among staff members. Therefore, we proposed that with "OTRS," which allows for easy time tracking and analysis of each task, they could be freed from analog tasks such as measuring with a stopwatch and analyzing in Excel, leading to greater efficiency. After the implementation, staff noticed details such as, "Even though it's the same task, the walking speed is different between veteran staff and myself! The hand movements are also different!"
